Biography
Victoria M. Lesak focuses her practice on personal injury, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, and wrongful death litigation. During her career, she has developed extensive experience handling complex litigation, earning significant settlements for her clients, including a multi-million-dollar trial victory. She plays a key role in trial preparation, depositions, motion practice, and settlement negotiations, ensuring her clients receive the justice they deserve.
Prior to her work as an attorney, Victoria served as a law clerk intern for the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office, assisting in preliminary hearings, bond court proceedings, and trial evidence preparation.
Victoria earned her Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law, where she was named to the Dean’s List for four consecutive semesters and received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Trial Advocacy. She is a member of the Women’s Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, and Illinois Bar Association.
A native of Arlington Heights, Victoria grew up bilingual in English and Polish. Outside the courtroom, Victoria enjoys traveling, exercising, baking, and spending time with family and friends.
