Biography
Jake N. Parentis is a dedicated attorney with a robust academic foundation and diverse professional experiences that position him as a valuable advocate for his clients. A graduate of Loyola Chicago University School of Law, he specializes in providing reliable legal guidance on mergers and acquisitions, including contract drafting, negotiation, and comprehensive due diligence to ensure a seamless and efficient transaction process. At K+H, Jake brings his multidisciplinary background and strong work ethic to assist clients in corporate law, making him a trusted partner in navigating complex legal challenges.
Jake’s legal experience spans multiple roles, including multiple internships where he contributed to litigation preparation, legal research, and client advocacy. He also served as a research associate for The Federalist Society in Washington, D.C., producing detailed analyses on pressing legal issues and supporting the execution of national events. During his time at Loyola, Jake was elected as Student Articles Editor for the Loyola University Chicago Law Journal, and served as a Senior Editor for the Journal of Regulatory Compliance.
Outside of work, Jake remains passionate about community engagement, leadership, and sports, having coached various youth lacrosse teams at different levels, sharing his love of the game while mentoring and inspiring young athletes.
