Biography
Kate G. Rosendale brings a dynamic blend of academic achievement, legal experience, and a history of teamwork to her role at K+H. A recent graduate of Michigan State University College of Law, Kate has cultivated a robust foundation in legal research, litigation support, and client advocacy. Kate focuses her practice on litigation, drawing from her rich background to provide personalized and effective legal solutions.
During her time as a law clerk, Kate honed her skills in drafting pleadings, conducting complex legal research, and working directly with clients on mass tort and litigation matters. She further refined her legal acumen through an externship with the Michigan Court of Appeals, where she contributed to drafting judicial opinions and ensuring accuracy in legal citations under the guidance of Judge Amy Krause.
Kate’s legal perspective is enhanced by her diverse background. As a Division I tennis athlete at Michigan State University, she excelled in balancing a rigorous academic and athletic schedule, graduating in just three years. Her leadership extended beyond the court as a representative on the Student Athlete Advisory Committee, where she spearheaded environmental initiatives and advocated for student-athlete reforms.
In her free time, Kate enjoys spending time with family and friends, going on walks with her golden retriever, and getting coffee at local shops.
