Biography
Denise M. Tyler brings over two decades of legal experience to the team at Kelleher + Holland, LLC, currently specializing in residential and commercial real estate transactions. A Naples-based attorney, Denise is committed to delivering exceptional legal solutions tailored to meet her clients’ needs.
Denise began her career as an Assistant State Attorney in Naples, gaining extensive trial experience managing criminal dockets and felony domestic violence cases. She later co-founded Yerger | Tyler P.A., where she handled criminal cases and complex real estate transactions ranging from multi-million dollar cash purchases to Fannie Mae owned, mortgaged properties. Her dedication to her practice is complemented by her membership in the Collier County Bar Association and her admission to the Florida Bar and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
When she’s not working, Denise enjoys the vibrant Naples community, cherishes time with her family, and has achieved impressive athletic milestones, including running 3 marathons and participating in 2 Ragnar Relays.
