We are seeking an experienced attorney with 10+ years’ recent experience working with high-net-worth clients to join our Estate Planning Group. What you offer: proficiency in drafting and implementing high-level, sophisticated trust planning strategies (including gift and estate tax planning), a desire to have significant client and referral source interaction, and a deadline-oriented attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit. Estate Planning Attorney – Naples, FL 

We are seeking a mid-level estate planning attorney with a service-oriented attitude to meet directly with clients and build relationships. Experience should consist of 5+ years of proficiency in sophisticated trust planning strategies for high net-worth clients, as well as planning with respect to business interests and a broad range of tax matters. An attorney with an A+ attitude who is outgoing and motivated with great communications skills is the one we need on our team. Corporate Attorney – Naples, FL 

We are seeking a mid-level corporate attorney with a service-oriented attitude to meet directly with clients and build relationships. Experience should consist of 5+ years of general corporate/transactional work including exposure to M&A, private equity, finance and real estate. Paralegal – North Barrington, IL 

Responsible for administrative support for attorneys including drafting legal documents, handling client inquiries, preparing all documentation in a precise manner and performing technical duties as needed on a daily basis. Find out why we were chosen as a 2022 + 2023 Best Place to Work!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly;

  • Schedule meetings and arrange conference rooms;

  • Order, assemble and prepare packages for certain client matters, track related expenses;

  • Answer/screen/initiate phone calls and emails for attorney;

  • Coordinate with clients, external counsel and other vendors to obtain and exchange information and documentation related to legal matters;

  • Keeping the client updated on upcoming depositions, hearings, or meetings;

  • Assist with legal research, as needed;

  • Execute attorney corrections to finalize documents;

  • Good organizational skills a must. Knowledge of estate planning and estate administration and probate proceedings helpful.

  • Gather information, documents, categorize and organize all hard copy and electronic trial documents, file opening packets and client files;

  • Provide excellent customer service by promptly returning client phone calls daily and resolving client needs in a sensitive and efficient manner;

  • Answer phones when needed for reception backup;

  • Maintain office procedures;

  • Maintain and update existing document production forms and systems;

  • Maintain confidentiality and work independently;

  • All other projects as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Telephone/Meeting Etiquette, Oral and Written Communication Skills, Professionalism, Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams, Legal Terminology, Interpersonal Skills, Organization, Planning, Proofreading and Grammatical Skills, Time Management, Familiarity with office equipment, machines and software programs.
