David Kaminski is a seasoned, business-savvy corporate transactional attorney. David has over two decades of high-level experience structuring, documenting, negotiating and closing sophisticated transactions. David concentrates his practice on commercial finance, secured lending, subordinated and mezzanine debt, real estate finance, equipment/industrial loans, preferred equity, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged and management buyouts, private equity, venture capital, and specialized debt and equity transactions.  He also has extensive experience in commercial real estate matters including purchase/sale, development and leasing. Additionally, David has served as the outside general counsel for multiple middle market corporate clients, with over two decades of experience in entity formation and governance, joint ventures, succession planning, and a broad range of business contracts and arrangements.
