Michael D. Lee brings over 25 years of legal experience to our firm, concentrating his practice in commercial litigation. He has been involved with a variety of highly complex matters regarding securities and commodities, labor disputes and arbitrations, as well as handled personal injury suits, bankruptcy claims, and immigration issues.

Prior to joining Kelleher + Holland, LLC, Mike represented financial institutions and individual investment advisors in a wide range of commercial, employment, financial, securities, and trade secrets matters before federal and state courts across the country. He has also counseled multiple companies regarding employment issues and litigated claims involving employment-related loans, obtaining large monetary judgments.

Mike is a board member of the Vernon Hills Sports Club and coached youth baseball and football teams for the Vernon Hills Cougars.
