ATTORNEY
Samuel J.H. Weyers joined Kelleher + Holland, LLC after spending several years at a Chicago boutique personal injury firm. Sam prides himself on furthering the firm’s philosophy of providing quality, results-driven, solutions-based strategies.
In civil disputes, Sam has represented businesses, business owners, people who have been injured as the result of negligence (for which he has helped recover millions of dollars), and both individuals and fiduciaries in litigation concerning estate planning documents. Sam frequently works with the firm’s Corporate team to help business owners avoid litigation and efficiently resolve disputes that arise. He also assists individuals with creating carefully-crafted estate plans.
Sam is the Vice President of the Trent Steckel Scholarship Fund, which provides future first responders with scholarships to defray educational costs. He currently sits on the Council of Light of Christ Lutheran Church in Algonquin and Luther College’s Alumni Council. Go Norse!
In his free time, Sam enjoys cooking for his wife and daughter. He plays racquetball several times per week.
