Adam J. Findlay concentrates his practice in commercial litigation and has extensive experience being the primary attorney and trial counsel on numerous cases. He has extensive experience with complex acquisition, development, and divestment matters and has acted as environmental compliance counsel for several REITs and real estate private equity firms. His career highlights include acting as legal counsel for McDonald’s Corporation, where he handled the purchase, development, construction, leasing, and all other real estate issues for approximately 1,800 properties in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Florida. Adam has successfully navigated through regulatory compliance issues with various state and federal agencies including numerous counties and municipalities within Illinois, as well as the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency, Indiana Department of Environmental Management, Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation, and Railroad Commission of Texas.

Before graduating from DePaul University College of Law, Adam studied abroad learning international business, tax, and commercial law as well as international financial transactions and intellectual property in climate change in locations such as Beijing, Vienna, and Prague.

Adam is originally from Barrington, Illinois, and currently resides in Tower Lakes with his wife, Gina, and their daughter, Evelyn.
