Michael A. Fioretti concentrates his practice on estate planning and is also part of Kelleher + Holland, LLC‘s corporate team.

Prior to joining Kelleher + Holland, LLC, Michael practiced at an estate planning, elder law, and special needs planning firm in Madison, Wisconsin, and then worked as an Assistant State’s Attorney at the Kane County State’s Attorney’s Office. Most recently, he split his time between practicing in estate planning and probate and serving as a municipal prosecutor for municipalities in McHenry and Kane counties in both Circuit Court and Administrative Adjudication.

At the University of Wisconsin Law School, Michael obtained a criminal law certificate with honors. He was also awarded the Bruce Beilfuss Memorial Scholarship for outstanding service to the law school for his work at the Frank J. Remington Center Criminal Appeals Project. Michael lives in Algonquin with his wife and four children.
